Love is the strongest energy or emotion we possess. It is The Universal Energy. It crosses all borders of space & time. When you receive a psychic reading, you are receiving Love Energy from your angels.
Believe it or not, we give love energy whenever we communicate with others, consciously or subconsciously, in our daily work & personal lives.
When we process or complete a work task, love energy exists. When we take care of our responsibilities, we're sending out love energy.  As we give it to others & things, how do we replenish it within ourselves? 
Take time for yourself at least once a day - add it to your daily schedule. You can accomplish this task in 5 minutes or 1 hour, it's your choice. This is YOUR time - no distractions.
Creative Visualization is one of the best ways to love yourself. Day-dreaming is highly underrated! Bill Gates, Albert Einstien, William Shakespeare, and other famous, contributing individuals used this method to create better lives for themselves & others.
Other Simple Ideas
  •  Take Five. Spend at least 5 minutes a day, closing your eyes, breathing, and blanking your mind of all thoughts. If you currently practice daily meditation, then you're already there! Many Eastern cultures call this "blanking" or "voiding" your mind. Be easy and gentle on yourself. Practicing leads to perfection. 
  • Take a 10 or 15-minute afternoon nap every day. Research proves the physical, psychological & spiritual benefits of this simple tool. Worried about not waking up? Use an alarm clock or timer (most cell phones have this option).
  • Do something you enjoy everyday. 
  • Find something to laugh about or someone to laugh with once a day. Laughter elevates your mood. It's the ultimate anti-depressant. 
  • Smile. Think of something to smile about or shock the barista at Starbuck's by smiling for no good reason.
  • Be gentle with yourself once a day. Show yourself the same patience and understanding you provide to others. Hug yourself when no one else is looking. 
  • Turn negative thoughts into positive ones. When your inner Critic says "Yeah, right. Like THAT's gonna happen",  counter with "God or The Universe would not reveal this to me if I wasn't ready or worthy of it." Another simple, effective trick used & suggested by Wayne Dyer is - Say "Next" whenever you receive a self-critical or negative thought, until a positive thought appears. Law of physics (aka Law of Attraction) - a positive thought will appear!
Choose any legal activity that brings you joy.  Being good to yourself once a day is an excellent avenue toward happiness, love, and oneness. Those around you will reap big benefits as well!
