Allow at least 2 hours, including drive-time. A yoga mat (or air mattress) with pillow will be provided to support your body for comfort. Feel free to bring a special stone or crystal with you. Wear good traction shoes (tennis shoes or hiking), hat, sunscreen & bring along water.

You’ll travel to one of Sedona’s famous Red Rock vortexes – specific to your healing needs. After a short, easy hike (10-15 minutes), Robin will prepare the Reiki space for you as you gaze at Sedona’s natural beauty, breathing in the healing and recharging energies. A short meditation precedes the 1-hour Reiki session. It is an unforgettable experience.
